How do I save a link?

Tap the Share button in any app (Safari, Chrome, Twitter, etc.), then tap Snag in the share sheet. The link is saved instantly to your library.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Snag → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open Snag → Settings → Restore Purchases. This will restore any previous Premium subscription linked to your Apple ID.

I hit the 15-save free limit. What now?

You can upgrade to Premium for unlimited saves, or delete some existing saves to free up space on the free tier. Upgrade in the app under Settings → Upgrade.

Can I access my saves on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with your Snag account on any iOS device and all your saved content will sync automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Open Snag → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all saved content. This action cannot be undone.

My save is missing. What happened?

Check if it was accidentally archived or if filters are applied in your library. Pull down to refresh. If the issue persists, contact us at support@snaglinks.com.

Is my saved content private?

Yes. Your saves are private to your account only. We do not share, sell, or access your saved content.
