Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Snag Links mobile application operated by SnagLinks. By using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Snag Links is a personal content-saving application that allows you to save, organize, and retrieve URLs and web content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Share your account credentials with any other person
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the App's services
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Snag Links offers a free tier (limited to 15 saved items) and a premium subscription:
- Monthly: $6.99 per month
- Annual: $64.99 per year
- Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial before being charged
Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. To restore a previous purchase, use the Restore Purchases option found in the App's Settings screen.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by SnagLinks and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Content you save using the App remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any content you choose to save.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnagLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
